About a young Ameia Fontanette Hill from Pasadena,California born April 6,1988. Single mother of one, Ameia always sought solace and togetherness through love,laughter and cooking a good meal. Ameia is known for her steadfast spirit and joy for helping others. She was just as steadfast in learning the ingredients in the meals prepared by her family.

Her down home cooking is prepared with love and cooked from the soul. Every bite reminds you of Grandma's cooking. Ameia learned early as a child that fresh ingredients,patience and cooking from the soul was key. As soon as she could walk or talk, She was put in the kitchen learning how to cook by her father, mother and brother. She always had the desire to open a restaurant as a child.

Her father used to say to her “ A prayer and a meal will get you through the day” These authentic recipes and wisdom were passed down to Ameia by her Father from Dallas, Texas and her mother from Detroit,Michigan and her brother From Pasadena California and a host of Family Members from Mississippi to Georgia. Ameia wishes to pass down these family recipes with her children and the world.
